We haven&#8217;t seen this many lunatics out for public office since the <a href=\"http:\/\/radio-weblogs.com\/0101365\/stories\/2003\/08\/14\/glist.html\" target=\"_blank\">gubernatorial recall election in California<\/a> in 2003, or brash and brazen Sarah Palin, <em>now a figure of wealth and importance,<\/em> for VP. Constituents, the circus may be back in town, but these Tea Party candidates are well funded contenders for major offices!<\/p>\n<p>Karl Rove is back orchestrating <a title=\"Few crumbs to follow on campaign finance trail \" href=\"http:\/\/www.msnbc.msn.com\/id\/3032619\/vp\/39787380#39787380\" target=\"_blank\">Republican fundraising<\/a>.\u00a0He reputedly raised a quarter billion from unnamed lobbyists and fat cats (due to a recent <a title=\"Justices Reject Corporate Spending Limit\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2010\/01\/22\/us\/politics\/22scotus.html\" target=\"_blank\">Supreme court ruling<\/a> &#8211; loophole &#8211; secret political contributions are now possible) to fund ads in the critical last weeks before elections.
