As we await the fallout that will reach So Cal Friday, there are so many talking heads spouting answers, but no models; no one can really say how much radioactivity will reach the US – and for how long. All I can think of is the classic 1959 movie, On The Beach. Stream it and weep!

In finality: his health, well-being, or anything else that is at the heart and core of this extraordinarily troubled soul, matter not one whit to the studios, ex-wives, yes-men, factotums, media or the public that created him. Everyone involved in this unfortunate show knew everything, when they signed aboard! Yes, he has himself to blame for his excesses, hubris and hopeless naïveté, but now he is just trying, with all his might, to stay afloat! Sadly, he is hardly the first, or last. He does knows how to fight a tremendous battle, and hopefully someone with that indomitable will and stamina will prevail in the end. Positive things can happen when people having manic breaks (clearly his current state) are treated with the correct medications! Personally, I do hope Charlie Sheen really ends up WINNING!
